Platinum Developments is one of Europe's leading Property Sales Companies specialising in Bulgaria. Since our inception in February 2003 the company has grown and sold over 2000 units.
Our head office is located in Sofia, Bulgaria with offices in Ireland, the UK, Scandinavia, North America and an agency network across Europe and the Middle East. We specialise in the Bulgarian market with agencies for developments on the Black Sea Coast, the capital Sofia and in the ski resort of Bansko.
Directors
Our directors cover a diverse range of talents and skills from financial, agent support, marketing and management skills. They oversee the company operations making sure to identify the right projects, ensure the best back up and support and allows the company do what it does best, selling Superb Developments.
Management
Platinum Developments has a dynamic management team with extensive experience in the property business. Throughout the various countries the right people do the right things. The management team has many years experience in operations and financial management.
Portfolio
To date, Platinum Developments has sold eight buildings; Ashton Hall, Central Plaza, Royal Beach Club in Sunny Beach, Belfield in Sofia and several in Sunset Resort in Pomorie. That’s a total of almost 1,500 studios and apartments delivered.
These are completed to five star standards with an incredible range of facilities and have been very successful in attracting rentals.
