Inspection Trips
An inspection trip is an organised weekend visit to a selection of development sites, the surrounding vicinity and an educational seminar about the pros and cons of buying in Bulgaria. The trip price usually includes flights and accommodation.

We have experienced that a visit to the development site plays a significant part in confirming and reassuring our clients of our build quality, concepts and excellent choice of site locations.
Who goes on an inspection trip?
Most often, clients who book a place on an inspection trip have previously attended a roadshow or visited a Platinum Developments office.
When are inspection trips scheduled?
Inspection trips are usually scheduled in the months from September to November for the Black Sea Coast and from January to June for Bansko. The group usually departs late on a Friday evening on a scheduled or charter flight and returns the following Sunday evening; two nights inclusive.
